Only downside is you have to purchase the hard mount separately for an additional $20.

One of the four cameras was bad and customer service was delayed and confusing. I expected a replacement sent immediately. Instead they wanted me to ship the faulty camera back before any action was taken. At worst. BestBuy should have warranty replacement cameras on hand.

I like it being wireless, very clear, fast to log in the apps, almost perfect real time.

My home was broken in and someone suggest to get wireless Arlo. Best investment I made. Not only its wireless and easy to install but I can monitor the house via their mobile app. One disappointment: it has a delay 10 - 30 seconds when it detects motion.

I chose the Arlo security cameras based on the recommendation of the sales associate at Best Buy. They are easy to set up, and easy to use. I love the ability to control the cameras from my cell phone. I also like the ability to tailor the monitoring times, and I love the alerts that appear in my email and on the iPhone app.

The Arlo Security Cameras & Net Gear Cameras were easy to install & set-up. The camera identifiers (description) can be modified & the recording time adjusted. The cameras don't pan but have a wide & deep view. They also detect & record motion at night.

This system was very easy to set up. Took about 10 minutes to set up the router and cameras. Package brings only one sturdy mount which is a minus. Each additional camera cost $159, another minus. Its a very costly system. This system should retail for $299 to most.

I went looking for a wireless security system and was disappointed by all of the other so-called wireless systems until I was informed by my local Best Buy associate about the Arlo system. It is the ONLY true wireless system and performs great!! Setup was incredibly easy and the associated FREE app was even easier. I am very impressed with all of the features and fuctionality. Even more impressive is the clarity of both still images and video. This is an outstanding product!!

This is a fantastic wireless camera with solid range and video quality. However, I wish it also could do audio, and it takes much longer to load live video than my Nest cameras. Overall, the Nest format and functionality are far superior, but Nest is a wired product so not really apples to apples comparison.

Excellent video quality even at night. Application is very stable. The only negative which may be a learning issue, the motion detection is very sensitive.

They have pretty good coverage, good resolution, are quite sensitive, adaptable, discreet, and can be mounted easily. The battery life leaves much to be desired, however. We've had to adjust the sensitivity to keep the batteries from dying so quickly (we have to recharge them several times/WEEK otherwise!).

I have a few Arlo cameras, and they do work great. However, one of them will not have a picture when it is dark, and they told me that it went bad and there is no fix for it. They would not replace it because I had it for around 2 years. Picture is good on the Arlos.

Great picture, easy to install. I would recommend.

They are great the only downside is that you gotta buy batteries constantly (depending on how high traffic the area is) front door batteries are the same as when I bought, still in good shape. However the van camera, which is high traffic, batteries are draining within a week. Otherwise I would have gave 5 stars.

For the price point these cameras perform flawlessly. Easy to install, and user interface is great! Arlo service upon calling was great as well. One camera out of the box would give pink tint that could not be corrected, Arlo has assured me a free replacement is on the way.

I would recommend wired. Replacing the batteries every 6 months will get expensive.

My biggest issue and I wish I had read it is that there is no sound with these cameras and although the quality is good it is a biggie. I should have read closer. Also I wish it had the ability to power these with alternate source like usb cable. Newer more expensive cameras like the arlo 2 and pro cover this. Although these cameras were not that cheap either. I have less expensive cameras that have these capabilities. I do like that these are completely wireless and the cloud save is good too. one more thing they need to add is geo fencing and or ability to define monitoring zones so as to help with the constant going off, there is a slider for monitoring percentage but can't really tell what that does. All in all it is a very good starter camera set but be aware that there is no sound or alternate power source.

This camera is easy to install but I dont like the way they do the software. Scheduling is odd and not user friendly.

So far this item is working like it should. It has notified us when there is movement in the area. I like this product.
