It is takes a time to put it to work from the package, and then things will get better to load for YouTube on laptop and other things for cellphone!

Seems just okay. We have spotty connection. Not sure if it is the Netgear unit or not, but it didn't seem to be as frustrating with our old router that died (different brand).

Runs great haven’t had any issues with it so far. Arw apartment is basically all cinder block walls and it seems to keep its strength no matter where we are

It is a great one. It is very powerful with an acceptable range. The downside is that setup installation could be more friendly and simplified. - I gave it a 4/5 because of the setup.

I have issues for the last 15 years with service in my building. Actually a spectrum repair tech recommended l get it -best investment. I threaten Spectrum that l was done with them if the service didn’t work after this. I purchased different routers, upgraded modems and even purchased extenders! My service has worked seamlessly since l purchased this item. I had over 10 visits and supervisors were stumped once jad this device installed, No Issues!

My old routers couldn't handle the load of all the devices my household was using and would cause some devices to lag while streaming or gaming. With the night hawk that's a thing of the past

Got this router to replace an older Nighthawk model. Very satisfied with the performance and output so far.

Set up was easy with the Netgear app. Provides 5.0 and 2.5 ghz signals. 5.9 a lot faster. Helps me get faster than the speed I pay for. I’m in apartment so can’t speak to coverage power.

Had a technician recommend this router with my particular modem and it works great! I get faster speeds than I have had and with the app, lets me test and control everything! I would definitely recommend!

Customer service was great at the Best Buy location; This router is the perfect size for my home, eayt set up, great for streaming all my devices; have had no problems at all!

I have an old Netgear and needed to upgrade. My old netgear was ~10 yrs old and needed to upgrade. I bought the same brand, trusted them for my wifi need. Easy installation and set-up was a breeze.

Extremely pleased at the gain in speed vs. our rented Comcast modem/router. App made the install a breeze. So glad we gave this a try!

Pretty easy to install once I figured out the ONT needed to be connected and the signal from Verizon needed to be switched from coax to ethernet. So glad I dont have to rent Verizon equipment ever again!

Excellent Wi-Fi Router. Easy to install/setup. Coverage is great for a 1400 sqft home. I've had a number of routers over the years, this is easily the best I've had yet.

I like the smaller design, the protection coverage and plan are reasonable. It was fairly easy to set up and begin using. I've used the Netgear brand for a long time and have always liked them.

When our old router died we chose to upgrade to the newer version. This router is much faster, we can have multiple devices on wifi at one time with no drop out or lagging
