  • Needs better 5G coverage

    The main problem that i noticed with this router is that after a certain distance, the 5G isn’t strong enough and my phone just keep switching it 2G. I didn’t have this issue when i bought the other netgear router, also the same price. Other than that, it is working as intended.

    The biggest problem I have had with this router is connecting devices. The nighthawk app is more complicated than the linksys' app. The range is about the same as my old router. I do like the armor security feature, lets you know of any cyber attacks. This router is also being sold for the same price as the AX3000 from Sam's Club.

    Great improvements in all areas of the home, coverage exceeds my expectations, gaming connectivity is top notch and all the Chromebooks for the kids schooling no longer drop out during classes (they are thrilled, as you can imagine)

    Love this router however it took help to set up. Was on the phone for over a half hour and had to down load their app in order to connect.

    So glad I thought to update my router when updating my Roku TV. My old NETGEAR Router definitely was tired and I no longer am experiencing poor streaming connections. Numerous electronics can be using the Wi-Fi now and they all are perfectly fine. Love it!
