    Honestly not impressed with this router, have not seen better speeds and app is very buggy. wifi drops more often than it used to with my old router

    The iOS app first failed to setup the device then after a month I tried to renew the armor and parental services over the app it wouldn’t let me check the terms and service to buy it and customer service transferred me around for about an hour while being told they couldn’t sell me the service over the phone and a tech needed to fix my application first. the app never worked even after reinstalling

    While at first I thought this would be an excellent router, I’ve ended up with two problems...three now that I see the return policy is ONLY 15 days! The direct Ethernet connection quit working, and chromecast sometimes won’t connect. I’ll try the manufacturer. With Covid, attention to issues like this sometimes take a back seat to other pressing issues. Too bad BestBuy has such a short, not very friendly, return policy.
