||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Connected and had internet access, at the end of setup, before I had finished configuring it, it began an automatic firmware update. Once it finished nothing worked, no internet, no connection from the phone I had been setting it up with, no ability to connect with computer on network. Reset to factory settings and started over, same result, 3 times. Returned it and won’t buy another one. This was the worst netgear product I’ve ever purchased.

Listen Up: There's a reason why 20% give a 1 star

Will not update firmware when there is a new release 3. Factory reset button on the back does not work Now, picture yourself in a house with 6+ people who cannot access the internet, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, on a Sunday when everything is closed during a pandemic. Yeah, picture that. Picture that. No, seriously... picture that... and, it's your fault.

Only good for 1 Year - BEWARE

I could not believe it was a router issue and insisted on the cable company coming out to visit my home. Sure enough the cable guy said all was well on his part and the wifi router was to blame. I have used Netgear for years and am disappointed that this product had such a short life considering it was $$$. Make sure to register your product on the company website.

Impressive wireless speeds
