Awesome product.
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This router is excellent. It provides great coverage throughout our house. The internet speed is great. All of or wireless devices had no problem connecting. One of the great features is being able to give this router the same network name as your previous router. This makes reconnecting your devices (such as security cameras) a lot easier.

Easiest router I’ve ever set up
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Hi marks for this router! We were having trouble streaming with our old router and this completely took care of the problem. Even though it says for a 15,000 square-foot house, I suspect it will work well in a bit larger home as well. Set up and firmware updates were a breeze. I love the app for set up and control of the router.

NetGear AX1800 -
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My old router finally gave out and couldn’t handle the increased number of devices including 4K video. I wanted a robust router that could handle our demand and found this one to be priced just right and have the capabilities needed. The setup was easy and the Nighthawk app makes managing my network easy. I plan to get my dad one for Fathers Day.

Good range, Older devices beware
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good range and fast. Seems like on older devices need to reset router couple times a week to get older devices to reconnect.

reasonably decent wifi 6 router
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.reasonably easy to setup Netgear wifi 6 router. though I work in IT so this is old hat. however, if you decide, like I did, to use more advanced settings of the router, then the out of box experience is not as smooth as simply using it as your default router. I am using this as an access point, and in doing so the nighthawk app that Netgear suggests you use to configure the device stops working to configure the device, requiring the use of a laptop connected directly via ethernet cable to configure further.

Work from home life made easier
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This router has allowed my fiancé and I to work from home more seamlessly together. We have over 10 devices connected to this router and yet we are still able to join video calls at the same time without any hiccups and the connection. Great router! Looks pretty cool too.

Great High Speed Router!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this router to compliment a DOCSIS 3.1 Modem with Gig Speed internet service with Suddenlink. The router sends significantly faster Internet speeds than the Modem Router I had before allowing for nearly twise the bandwidth and greater range throughout my 1800 Square foot home!

Really Great Router
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was hesitant on going with another netgear product due to their support structure. The router itself provided a lot of greats specs for the price so still went with it. I did however add the geek squad support on this because netgear's ends after 90days. The router has performed perfect. I get my full speed supplied by my isp and its been stable. I would give this 5 stars if netgear had better tech support.

Great medium size office router
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works very well and setup was quite easy. We are using this for wifi in a large warehouse / office setup and environment and it reaches clear to the outdoors on the far end of the warehouse. Working with security cameras, also.

Decent router
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy to set up and I am using the NightHawk Mobile app to admin the router. The NightHawk app allows management of all devices connected to the router. It also provides functions to test internet speed, WiFi analytics, settings, and traffic meter. I was having trouble managing through my connected desktop (using a browser there seems to be issues), but the smartphone app seems powerful enough at this point I stopped trying to use a browser.

Those Speeds? Get a second opinion.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Work in IT? This product makes your knowledge useless. Literally, it refuses to allow you to set it up without having a connection. It forwards your 192.... address to a site to set it up. It took 3 times. My boyfriend and I both work in IT with extensive backgrounds... and it was awful. They attempted to make it simplified, it wasn't. Also, read the Terms of Service. But the worst about this, is their EXTREME partnership with speedtest.net. We all know it and love it and Netgear will push you to use it. It will tell you the speed you'd get with a near-direct connection without jumps or other normal hiccups in internet navigating... Use something else. It said I was getting 460 down, then I tried 4 others and file downloads and they all showed between 200 and 230. One of these is not like the others. Is it a good value for an upgrade? Yes. Very good. Connectivity is good but it will tell you it's out of this world, so I'm not cool with that. Ease of setup? Great if your idea of networking is download an app and tap tap tap through a setup genie. I would say this is worse but it's not a BAD product, but the implementation is awful.... and every other company is doing the same thing.

Great router at a great price
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This Netgear AX-1800 was a snap to set up. The Nighthawk app is easy to use, so you can make changes and gather info quickly from your phone. Router has enough power for great range and capacity. Happy I bought this.

Great reliable signal
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my second Netgear router. The first one lasted for about 7 years. I had a slight problem with setup on this one, but once done, it worked great. I have a strong signal throughout the house and no dropped signals with 2 smart TVs, streaming shows, surfing on internet and cell phones all going on at the same time. I'm very pleased with the function so far.

Terrible
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Probably the worst router that I have bought. For a $150 product, I expected more. Devices drop off consistently. Only one frequency works most of the time. I feel that Apple products have more difficulty connecting to this router. All 6 devices I own have problems connecting. Windows products need to reset the adapter frequently. The app that is used to setup the router and network is a joke. On top of that the app has ads to sell some security software which is even more annoying. After 2 sessions with customer service, I am ready to throw this away after just 4 weeks of use. $150 down the drain.
