This router/modem does the job. I'm not very technologically savvy, but I'm pleased with how it performs. I prefer having my own equipment to renting from an internet provider.

Great router for the price. The setup was straightforward and very simple. Connected to WiFi without issue. Great coverage upstairs and down.

Needed to replace my old Netgear router that was crushed during a lightning storm - the strike was so close it blew out the breaker as well. And yes, it was plugged into a surge protector. Setting up the new one was a breeze! Back up and running in minutes.

It works well but it sometimes stops - especially if i have been using it for a while or i am far from the router.

Bought this to upgrade from the one that came with our service provider. It works great. Haven’t had a loss of signal and we get it all over the house, including the converted attic. My wife works from home so it was a necessary upgrade. Don’t have any regrets for the purchase.

Bought this so I could get better range and dump the modem rental. Does both. I wish the wifi signal was a little bit stronger, but it's better than my last modem and saving a bunch now without the modem rental. Download and upload speeds are really fast and have 6 devices connected. Definitely worth the price.

When we switched cable companies, we needed to upgrade our Modem. Due to space constraints, I decided to look into a modem/router combo and I'm glad I did. This was easy to set up, works great with Xfinity and we haven't had any issues at this time. Overall a good purchase that we are happy to recommend.

this router was easy to set up, my mom is able to read the passwords clearly, and I didn't have to call technical support to get it installed. Comcast was familiar with it, and it was an easy addition to our household.

Replaced my Xfinity with this and definitely pleased. Was getting 30 mbps download with the Xfinity box and now get 100 mbps on 2.4 ghz and 300 mbps on the 5 ghz. Would recommend

This products is great. We have Comcast as our provider and service is not good. I refuse to rent their router. My previous router was 2 years old and they kept blaming it on that. I went to Best Buy and purchased this product during an offer and after that all my internet speed issues were resolved.

Works as expected. The reason for purchase was to stop paying rental fees to our cable and internet provider... and we own it. The carton also listed our provider as compatible.

Couldn't ask for an easier set up for this unit. Our current setup was a separate modem and separate router. Having this replace both made it so much easier and helped us achieve the download speed that was better than what we were getting.

This router has worked a lot devices from wifi home cameras , phones, laptops, ipads, alexa speaker etc and even in smart tvs at same time. The internet connection is though from comcast. The speed was fast. I like the router because it has good receptions of wifi signals.

This router replaced my router that was provided by my internet provider and is by far a superior router.

I got this for my son to use in his apartment at college so he didn't have to rent a cable modem from the cable company which is a huge waste of money since it pays for itself in 7-8 months... It was very easy to set up and delivers fast wifi speeds. He likes that it also has a couple of Ethernet ports so he can plug in his game system for faster speeds while playing. Because he's in a small 2 bedroom apartment, he doesn't have any issue with the wifi distance so I can't give an opinion on how well it works in an average size or large home. Regardless, I would recommend this router.

This device has been exceptional in delivering fast wireless internet. I've had it for over 2 years and the only issues I've experienced have been due to my internet service provider and not the device itself. Highly recommend.

Bought to avoid the Comcast monthly rental tax. Chose Netgear because it doesn't use the Intel chip is Arris/others with the jitter problem. No problems so far on a 60Down 5Up Comcast line in an old building. PSN and Live are good, no issues work fighting games or FPS

My old Netgear modem-router died after 6 years so I got this. Seems to work fine. My only concern is that is feels warm to the touch which was never a problem with my old one. Will see how long this one lasts.
