It has good signal strength when you are nearby the device but It’s not enough for a 1200 sqft home, though it’s claim. I have to buy additional WiFi extender to Get coverage in each room.

I picked up this unit to avoid renting a wireless cable router. I could have gotten a cheaper unit but this had all the features I wanted and the reviews were good. The fact that I don't plan on moving for the long term meant that I'll be ahead of the game in a little more than a year regarding rental fees...

Bought this to use for my apartment and it works really well. I have had it for about a month and have never had any issues with my wifi or connection. Highly recommend!

Works well for my mother, although it should be giving her more broadcasting strength than it currently is. She is in a two story house and it doesn't seem to get full wireless just two rooms over. It works very well other than that.

Very fast and easy to set up. Great for the price! I run multiple devices all at once no lag or connectivity issues whatsoever.

Irrespective of my rating... If the recommendation from the service provider is Docsis 3.1 don't buy 3.0. You might eventually have to buy 3.1 in the near future just like me.

If you’re just watching movies, surfing the net or work from home then this modem/wifi combo is great. Now if you’re gaming like me then it’s not an ideal purchase for you. My office is where I play my games on my monitor and it’s only roughly 50ft away. My ps4 is connected through wifi and I only get anywhere from 2-10mbps download and barely 1mbps upload. Even with LAN, I only get 50-55mbps download and 5-10mbps upload and my internet is is up to 200mbps download through my provider. I will be returning this item as I upgraded to the Netgear Nighthawk AC1900. On the 5G wifi of the AC1900, it tested over 200mbps when near it on mh phone.

Bought this when we moved into a 2-story house with no cable outlets upstairs. Put it in the downstairs living room & have WiFi coverage throughout the entire house & into the front & back yard! No lags, even running roku on 2 tvs & up to 4 cell phones and 2 computers.

Does the job at a reasonable price. The only thing I would say is that the antenna are rather cheap and prone to breaking.

We are very pleased with this purchase. In our house we get get the signal everywhere after replacing my old one with this one. I won’t recommend this only we you have more number of devices to connect with, with less than 6 devices, it works the best.

Fast enough to have 5 gaming computers connected to it (wifi) and 6 smartphones (wifi) to the dame time and still be running at downloads speed 400+ mbs on each from spectrum...best if the best...

Works great! My family just switched to xfinity for internet and this router/modem was compatible with xfinity. My WiFi connection has never been better! Instructions were extremely easy to follow along to set up as well!

Bought for my parents who just need a simple cable modem and router combo. Works well for what they do around home. A few wireless devices and great management features for me to manage everything with ease for them.

This router-modem combonation was very much plug and play with minimal setup. I used an ethernet cable and was routed to their website to retrieve my network's name(s) and password. This is definitely a good replacement for Xfinity equipment in a smaller home.

Fast delivey on next working day. Installation took a while as need to connect to infinity wifi on tv. Took a few calls with Infinity to resolve the setup of the modem. Good to have clearer instructions.

Bought this model to replace failed gaming modem/router and saw no difference in performance for my use: streaming video on multiple TVs and internet. ISP speed limits access to higher speed potential of AC3200 24x8 modem/router that this replaced.

Works great and has a better range than my xfinity modem did. The set-up is fairly easy if you connect to a laptop through ethernet ethernet cable.

we have three finished levels and it seems the main level and upper level of our home gets pretty good reception but anywhere else is kind of hit or miss.
