Good modem for the price.

I don't have to worry about setting up two different devices in order to get online anymore. For when I want to share wifi with a visit g friend or family member, I turn on the guest access. That way, I don't have to share the main network's wifi password with anyone. The modem will pay for itself in a few months with the money I would've spent paying my cable internet provider for a monthly modem rental fee.

NETGEAR - AC1600 Wireless Router with DOCSIS 3.0 C
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a great product. My 2.0 modem was very slow even after I upgraded to 100mbs download speed. I called my internet provider to complain and during trouble shooting realized my 2.0 modem was the problem. I was told the 2.0 can not handle the faster download speeds. I talked with a Best Buy tech and decided on the Netgear AC 1600. When I installed the AC 1600 it was getting 110mbs download. So it was the old 2.0 that was the problem.
