Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Due to the 'smart' nature of the modem and router I got from my ISP, I was unable to connect to the 2.4 network with my iPad or Phone. This made it impossible to configure my smart fans or security cameras as I needed to be on the 2.4 network. I love that I can select which one I need my device to connect to, and that I now only have one box (modem and router combined) as it is so much more convenient. I was able to connect in a metter of minutes (although it took my ISP considerably longer to activate but I do not believe that was the device's issue). Up and running and configuring devices like a pro! I'm considering getting another one for another location as I have struggled with the 2.4 and 5.0 issue there as well. Sometimes our 'smart' devices just really don't understand the situation... I love this modem/router.

Easy set up and works great

Not the usual plug and play and call technical support. It runs 4 iPhones, a Wii, PlayStation 3, 2 Chromebooks, a mini tower and 2 laptops with no issues. Highly recommended

Was experiencing major issues with my wireless router because I needed it to support my home PC, work PC, laptop, home security system and other wireless electronic devices. Initially, I thought this device was pricey; however, it was money well spent. Extremely easy to set up and I've had continuous internet service without interruptions ever since.

Great Upgrade

Super easy install and nice user interface. This thing has great range and is super fast. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a moderately priced upgrade.

Great cable modem router, easy setup.

Picks up every device on my net, running most at the 5ghz with no interuptions, dual band is perfect for the older items still running at 2ghz. Doubled my download and upload speeds, perfect for Xbox online gaming. Very happy with this model.

The installation went as the setup instructions said, and the modem connected to cable system as expected. There was a bit of work to get the cable provider connected to the new modem. After a couple of calls to cable service, the setup was successful. Changed wifi settings for my phone, etc., and installation was completed. Have had no issues after install.
