I purchased this product for the speed and connectibility with Comcast. I am satisfied with its performance.

My fiancee's family signed up with time warner and decided they would buy a modem and save on the $10/month rental fee. Their modem that you can rent is also a modem/router combo as well, just unsure which they use. In any way, whenever i purchase something at best buy, i always look at reviews on amazon, and price match there as well. This was the highest rated modem @ 680Mps, which is ridiculously fast. The service she signed up with is up to 100mps and is more than what they needed but at $200 why not buy something future proof. Setup was super easy, and being fairly thin, we can easily hide it behind the computer desk out of the way. When purhcasing anything for my home network, i prefer netgear! If you need a cable modem that functions as a wireless router as well, get this one!

I got this router/modem to replace the belkin router N in my house that was constantly going out and having to be reset all the time. This was a great addittion to my house because I was having the most trouble with trying to get my ps3 to connect to the server. But with this new router and modem. That is something of the past I can game for hours online and not have to worry about whether my internet is going to cut out of the blue or if I will be able to connect at all.

We've had nothing but inconsistent internet connection and variable signal strength with the Comcast provided modem/router. Everything else being the same NETGEAR - AC1750 Dual-Band Wireless-AC Router with DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem has resolved the problems. We are satisfied with the product's reliability and capability.

Easy setup and works great. No issues with wi-fi and way faster than my old motorola modem.

Hi, Its working great ! almost since last 5 months in am using and i hardly remember it was disconnected because of device issue. Device is great and excellent speed . Coverage is also great , almost everywhere in basement , top floor everywhere its catching proper signals.

Exactly as expected. I use for a housing building and it manages to send signal between concrete walls what more can you ask for.

can be used with Comcast/xfinity. it is fast and is able to handle the new Comcast speeds.

So I did some research on cable modems and this one seemed to cover everything I needed without being way too extreme in the hardware dept. I needed a solid WiFi connection with good range, multiple channels, good for streaming video and online gaming and a min DOCSIS 3. this was the best quality modem that I could find with out being too extreme in hardware and pricing. I don't host LAN games and I"m single so no need for an expensive large modem. This works awesome and love the beaming technology that keeps your phones and tablets connected no matter what room your in. It was definitely worth the money and if I do hold LAN games then it's as easy as adding the router for the extra connections and WiFI support. I've always trusted NetGear and their phone support is great when you need it.

It's easy to connect and works fast and right away. No need to set up router it comes raedy for WIFI.

This was very simple to set up and works great. The speed is amazing and I've had no compatibility problems. The range is just as good as any other system I've used but nothing extraordinary. Overall I think it's a great device better than a lot of others that I've used.

Worth every penny! Super fast!! I payed xfintiy 10 dollars a month to rent there slow and terrible modem! So glad I got this now I get 40 to 50 Mbps which is what I pay for 50 and for Ethernet connection I get almost 60 so getting more then what I'm paying comcast for! Stop dealing with comcasts!!

This is compatible with my comcast xfinity and setup super easy. Connecting over the internet was easy too. Fastest speed I have got with my plan is 250mb/s. We have multiple devices/chromecasts/tablets and a pc and have no problems or lag when we are using them all at once.

This router was purchased to replace the one Time Warner Cable allowed us to lease, and it seems to work just as well or better. Not only has our monthly bill decreased, but we can also easily upgrade to a better plan in the future if we desire. We have not experienced any lagging whatsoever in our internet streaming/downloading/uploading capabilities.

It was so easy to setup on my own for my cable service. Range is much better than others I have had.
