    This is one of the routers approved by Cox Cable. I think my computers and devices log on faster than onto my old router. Boot-up is slow, but that is typical of this kind of device. Follow the quick start instructions included and your Wi-Fi will be up soon!

    The combo modem/router has worked just fine. It was a little difficult getting it connected with my cable company, but they worked with me and got it working. Geek Squad then got my one printer talking to it. They did not get my printer that doesn’t have a touch screen working with it.

    After trying to buy a separate modem & router and that not going well due to a defective item, I decided to go back to the combo item - mostly due to a space and electric outlet issue. Salespeople suggested this one. It has 90 days of 800 support which was a requirement for me. Wish it had lifetime support, but at least help with set-up if needed. So far so good.

    I purchased this modem to replace a much older one that lived much longer than they're expected. I hooked it up like the old one was, it didn't work. Called online tech support of the company that made it. They were no help. So I read the instructions and rerouted everything as suggested, and now have a strong WiFi signal in the house and all around the house outside as well.
