Horrible for the price

The router would lose connection every 10 min. This was also none refundable and couldn't even get store credit waste of money!

Has worked flawlessly

A second technician came and completed the installation. The modem/router has worked perfectly and has eliminated the problems I had with my prior service provider. I'm comfortable with my decision due to the help the Best Buy sales person provided.
