    I used Atlantic Broadband and they have had some internal issues installing Netgear equipment. A second technician came and completed the installation. The modem/router has worked perfectly and has eliminated the problems I had with my prior service provider. I'm comfortable with my decision due to the help the Best Buy sales person provided.

    So I have nothing against the product, it work ,little pricy but okay. The problem was that that same router was already signed to another account in Mexico. So what's best buy is doing , they putting their return item back in the shelf for someone else to buy as new. Took 3 days for my tv provider to change that and figure it out. Extra not needed hasle.
