Has worked flawlessly

A second technician came and completed the installation. The modem/router has worked perfectly and has eliminated the problems I had with my prior service provider. I'm comfortable with my decision due to the help the Best Buy sales person provided.

We've only had it for a short time (about two months), but it seems to be working much better than our old router (which we also bought from Best Buy about two years ago). The tech person was very knowledgeable about the product and we enjoy the upgrade.

The problem was that that same router was already signed to another account in Mexico. So what's best buy is doing , they putting their return item back in the shelf for someone else to buy as new. Took 3 days for my tv provider to change that and figure it out. Extra not needed hasle.
