We've only had it for a short time (about two months), but it seems to be working much better than our old router (which we also bought from Best Buy about two years ago). The tech person was very knowledgeable about the product and we enjoy the upgrade.

Top Notch

Not that any of my previous products went bad at any moment but I like new and updated tech. I change out my boxes every 3years. This box was easy to setup, and performs like a champ. Signal output is fantastic all throughout my home and even about 65feet outside my home still kicks a full signal. Netgear
