We've only had it for a short time (about two months), but it seems to be working much better than our old router (which we also bought from Best Buy about two years ago). The tech person was very knowledgeable about the product and we enjoy the upgrade.

WORKED, I happily kept it and ditched my old one.

I’m so glad both the router and the modem are now combined into one. I really like this product. My Wi-Fi works so well! I am so glad that I found this product online. It is perfect for me.
