Easy to install and use. Meets my connection needs.

Bought one but had to return and exchanged since the original purchase did not last long. It did not power on anymore after just 3 mos of use. Hopefully, the replacement would stay serviceable until we are ready to upgrade to another model. This is just what we can afford. Good value for the money.

I was visiting my mom in Miami from Albuquerque and since my brother moved out he disconnected the internet. I wanted internet ASAP. So went to best buy and ask one of the Best Buy staff to recommend the best modem and he gave me this one. I got service with Xfinity and modem worked perfect.

I bought this router&modem to replace my old one. I have a 50Mbs network plan. With my old device, I only got about 1Mbs download speed which made me suspect it was router's issue. It turns out my guess is correct, because after I change the router to this one, the download speed comes back to around 45Mbs.

Wowww I’ll say it’s a very good modern I used to use net gear all along this one is amazing signal never drop awesome easy to set up with net gear app easy to use recommend it 2 in 1 if I could give 6 star will give it

Was tired of paying the cable company monthly for a modem that would break all the time or not reach WiFi upstairs. Researched a few and chose this one and couldn’t be happier. Works perfectly, reaches every room in the house, and have never had to reset it like I did the other one.

Starting off I would recommend this combo unit to anyone looking for a AC gateway that is compatible with TWC/Spectrum. It has a decent gui and feature set. The AC speeds are great for the distance I'm at. 600Mbps constant through two walls and a door isn't bad. And I don't have the drops of my old unit now either.

I have paid rental fees to comcast for years. their rates keep inching up so I decide to go and talk to the experts at best buy. They gave me choices and helped with my decision. The hook up was easy and fast, Thanks to the professionals at the Burlington store!!

Purchased this product to do away with the 13.00 amount that cable was charging each month took about 20 minutes to set up no call needed to the cable company we have had it about a month now its working great

Was in great need of a new updated router and this model has not disappointed at all. Lots of features and control via the app you download to access and control all your settings. Has done a great job at everything so far.

I was having trouble connecting to internet with my old router. This was suggested to me. The setup was easy and now I have a strong, consistent connection, which I need for my work.

Before I bought this modem, I had struggled with one Motorolla device which never gave me the chance to stream certain TV stations on my Smart TV. With this equipment I am able to access as many digital TV stations as I want via livestreaming. The Wifi internet is usually very fast and without hassle.

It was a plug and play unit. It was easy to install.

Bought this to stop renting a Comcast modem/router. It works just fine, handles a TV with DVR, a ROKU streaming stick, laptop, iPad, and 3 phones simultaneously with no issues. Just be sure to change the password that comes with it.
