This Netgear modem router work like a charm unfortunately I couldn't get anywhere close to 500 Meg's a broadband because it's not compatible with wow internet service. Other than that coverage Wi-Fi and overall capability were excellent

Bought to replace rented router from internet supplier. The instructions could include place to record information from the bottom of the router and password that I was required to enter to get it connected to my system.

This was an upgrade for the combo used by our local internet provider. This product is lite years better. This product is a very easy hook up and the connection speed is impeccable.

I switched from AT&T to cable Internet. This product works great, just make sure you have the right cable set up throughout your house and everything is updated, otherwise you're signal sucks. Had to upgrade everything and have the cable guy intall an amp because my house is old.

We purchased a less expensive modem of the same brand to use with xfinity. Xfinity couldn't locate the modem during set up so they wanted to schedule a repairman. Instead I traded up and problem solved.

I am rating this a 4 and in all fairness to the product, it could possibly be a 5 and my internet provider could be the issue.....It works as intended and several have said it is a very good product but are internet still is not as fast or as consistent as I feel it should be.

Bought and and used ut. Now i dobt used it no more since twc is spectrum. I have an excellent time with it. Still in good condition. Im keeping it and saving it.. it will still work if i need to used it again. Still in great condition.

It works well but the company starts charging for calling for anything after you set up the machine... Now is no enough to buy the products...

This is a great router modem combo. I wanted to have just one device for less cables so this is a great option. I have it with spectrum and I haven’t had any problems with it yet.

I was greeted by one of the Best buy employees and this was the Router that he recommended to me. And by Far this is the best I have ever had. My home is around 2000 square feet. It covers all the rooms and my back porch without any problem. My Thanks to BEST BUY.

My son wanted to get rid of the Comcast modem box and needed to combine the wi-fi unit. This was the best purchase for his needs. Got on sale and he's happy with the unit. We did have to call Comcast to add the serial numbers and delete the old units.

This unit can't support VOIP, but it meets my needs for home internet access via my smartphone, tablet and laptop. The salesperson said it was the newest technology when I bought it. It's on Comcast's approved list. My favorite thing is it's one unit for modem and router.

I switched to Xfinity cable and internet I didn’t want to pay the extra $15.00 monthly charge forever so headed to Best Buy. This is what they recommended no issues and will pay for itself in less than 10 months.

Was hoping this would help with the buffering when using fire stick. It did not correct the problem. It is better than the 1600 model but it still buffers here and there. Got a Great Price with the Price match policy.

I have internet with Comcast. I was having issues with the issued modem. I had it replaced about 4 times until I decided to buy my own. This modem works a lot better plus it’ll pay for itself eventually now that I don’t pay the rental fee.

Bought to replace my time Warner 2-in one they came and set it up but really all they did was plug it in I had to call tech support because the book listed a site to go to to complete set up and it wasn't working over all not a bad experience just took sometime

Has a super fast 5gig wifi. So make sure your computer is has the capability. Most older computers only have 2.4 capability. Which isn't a problem since the second wifi on this router is 2.4. This router far surpasses my old N router. No buffering . Videos run super smooth.

Not sure why I did not purchase this long ago. I can be at my pool and still be connected to my WiFi. I was so excited when i got this, now my son and I do not have to worry about being kicked off the WiFi within the apartment. A lot faster then my old one

After initial trial and error this router ended up working great! At first I was a little frustrated with the speed but came to discover that the channel needed to be changed. changing the channel required a simple call to customer service and the problem was fixed!

If you need a router/modem, I suggest purchasing this Netgear model. This is compatible for Cox services. Easy to install. No problems whatsoever!
