So far so... good I have not had any problems with this cable modem. As matter fact I would have purchased one long ago if I knew what a difference it would have made with having multiple devices in the household. No problems downloading or surfing the net.

This is new so we will see over time. The last one I had lasted for nearly 10 years so I hope for the same with this one. The range seems to be about 10% less. It works everywhere in the house except the master bathroom and only with the bathroom door closed.

I'm very satisfied with my netgear router/modem. Great customer service and once it's up and running, you won't need to do anything but disconnect it every once in a while to freshen it up.

We upgraded to this router/modem as we were not getting enough signal throughout the house with our N600. This combo was about $50 cheaper than buying the router and modem separate. We are not getting great signal in all areas of our 2300sqft house.

I was in a pinch when my router stopped working so after careful reviews I purchased this router/modem combo and I could not be happier. Not only did it solve my router issues but I was able to take the TWC modem back and thus save on my cable bill.

This is my modem and wireless router. I bought it because I got sick of paying the "rent" on my service provider's modem. Check with your provider to make sure it will work with who you have. I have no problem using my laptop and roku at the same time.

Better than I expected! I had a buy a new router, wasn’t happy with having to spend money on it but I am so thrilled with my purchase! I had no idea my Internet was so slow until I bought this modem. Definitely worth the money!

I needed a new router that could boost my internet and this has worked ok. The speeds I get are great but sometimes I have to restart it when I get lagging speed. I’d still recommend it

Works great!!! I bought the net gear router combo as well, with time warners router I had the worst service! Then I invested in these great products! Have not had any issues since. We have a rather large house and I have wifi in every corner then some!

We leased the router /cable modem TW but had no wifi reception in our BR. Went to the store to buy extender and ended spending a bit more but getting full bar reception in BR and returned the TW (15$ a month) so We saved money and solved the wifi range issue.

I'm pretty happy with the product so far. Gets pretty good distance for wifi signal. Had a weird beep coming from it a few months after getting it and I unplugged it for about 5 minutes and the beeping stopped so far. Not sure what that is a result of.

We had purchased a modem router from Best Buy in March 2018 and had problems from the get go. We took it back to Best Buy and even tho 30 days had passed they gave us credit & we purchased Netgear C6300 and have had no problems .

The technology has improved since I bought my last modem. UPNP works well. I was pleasantly surprised that I can add a usb hard drive for some network attached storage. I can now use my chromebook in the kitchen with the microwave running connected to the 5G band.

I had to find someone to help me with my choice. Past experiences at best buy were good. Plenty of sales people willing to help.not this time.left the store with a purchase I was'nt sure about. Lucky for me , the router/modem I selected is working fine.

Bought as replacement to the same one (perhaps earlier version) damaged by lightening. Worked well so far (with Xfinity). Fair WiFi coverage throughout my "Texas sized" two-story single home.

I went to Best Buy looking for a cable modem. I spoke to a young lady and she told me about her experience with the modems she was telling me about and convinced me to buy this one and it has exceeded everything she said i love it, it's a great modem.

Worked ok for a few months but here I am 7 months later and it disconnects all the time. Slightly disappointed

I have been happy with the router for my new internet connection and thank you to the salesman that helped me with all my questions about modem router!!

For sure not home camera friendly. No matter what I did. It would not let me get the cameras to be allowed to talk through. Was able to with another brand with AC WiFi in it, as well as my old out dated router I replaced. Not sure if its a known flaw but charter said the the random kicking all WiFi devices was due to it switching the broadcast channel. I shouldn't have to go in and change the settings. From time of power up, the items all on the wifi would get kicked off all at the same time and would happen more often until reset of the unit. Temp fix for a few hours and then it started and again would get worse. Range is just as good as wireless g networks too. There are 2 other well known brands. Go with them as this will be a money loss product.

Every Netgear I have ever purchased I have had issues with. This one lasted a little over a year. Conveniently a little after the manufacturer warranty was up. I don't recommend purchasing.
