reliable and cost effective In the long rather then leasing a modem from your internet supplier. On average you save after 8-10 months if you buy your own. Excellent modem and router. Wi-if range is good too. Perfect for the price.

Had a modem and router from Charter that would drop our internet signal in various locations of our house. Geek Squad recommended the AC1750 WiFi Cable Modem Router so I purchased it. It's GREAT! No problem with our internet now.

I needed one that had the phone line as well. So please be aware, if you're doing a triple play bundle, this is not the right one for you. Otherwise it works well and was easy to set up.

I bought this modem to try since the one I got with the cable kept messing up and it has been pretty good so far great Wi-Fi and distance and now I don’t have to pay to rent the equipment from the cable company .

Located in 1st floor front room,WIFI covers front yard, back porch and entire 4 bedroom two story house; 2 band performance is also a good feature. Setup was easy by visiting the Comcast Xfinity store first to register the device.

I just moved to a new city where I opened an account with comcast. This modem was recommended to me at the BestBuy store nearby and has worked perfectly since it was installed. setup and configuration were straightforward.

I tried a couple of other routers with poor results. This router has exceeded my expectations! Great whole house wifi coverage! I love it and wish I would have bought it first well worth the money!

This router is amazing. It has a 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz setting for wifi connectivity. The 2.4 did not give me my full wifi speed but the 5 GHz setting gave me my full 150 mbps speed that I have with comcast. Well worth the money!

Defintiely works better than our old, separate units! Still not at the download speeds we should be at but that is easily a Comcast issue, I have not looked too much into it.

I went into the store not knowing what I needed. The sales person listened to what I wanted to do and recommended two different router/modems to me so I had a choice. Answered all questions completely. Router/modem works great!

Bought this one because I was tired of the Motorola and zoom modem/ routers not working. This modem/router works great, yeah it's expensive, but totally worth it. My mac always stays connected and the coverage area is fantastic.

I have 600Mb/s speeds and on the 5GHz I get 300-400 speeds. The 2.4Ghz reaches far but it only gets 50 as the speed. Very easy to setup. It’ll pay itself after a year so worth it!

We needed a new router and modem so we bought the combo. Not sure if it is our cable company or this unit, but we do have to reboot it once a week. It does handle the security system as well as our network printer, TVs, and computers.

Switched to this modem because the range of the Comcast one was terrible. This new one allows me to have wifi signal thru out my home. Good product and recommend by a Best Buy worker

I'll try to keep this as brief as possible. This product is obsolete in my opinion. They have been manufacturing this model since roughly 2013. No wonder I got it for almost $80 off. I purchased this because my Arris Modem/Router combo was old and failing PER Cox ISP. Well I bought this and guess what? Everything got worrrrrse. I installed my Arris again and things got better and my device was failing? Guess not. With Netgear my signal drops more and the house WIFI coverage wasn't any better. But BAR NONE the biggest complaint is the customer service. I absolutely can't update my firmware. They set 'go to routerlogin.net' but no option. They say 'download nighthawk app' but no option (endless loop of nothingness). They say 'download genie app' but it says its up to date when it's not. Then they say that COX is supposed to! And COX says, "hold up, wait a minute, something ain't right - there supposed to." So back and forth. I have decided to return after two tech visits from COX and a worsening signal and intermittent disconnects, but mostly cause everyone is pointing fingers are each other and the support is terrible. Do yourself a favor, pay a smidge more, buy a new model gateway or do what I did and get a modem and router separately so you can have a little more control over your setup. Cheers and good luck.

After many reviews and searches I decided on purchasing this router modem. I didn’t know how to set up but i called the company and they were very helpful. Got it set up and i haven’t had an issue.

Bought this modem after getting tired of paying $10 monthly for Xfinity modem. What an improvement on speed and range. Definetly worth the money! If you want to not lose speed that youre paying for I suggest you buy this modem.

I purchased this to replace the modem/router that I was renting from the cable company. Very pleased with speed of the wifi as we have 5 devices running on it ... much better than the cable one plus I'm saving $10/month.

Fast and reliable for small to mid-size homes. Our home is 4,000 sqf with large back and front yards. The signal dies before reaching the entire area.

Bought this device hoping to clear of a few issue I was having with my rental box from my provider, and it did. No more intermittent wifi issued. Also the range is a little better. I'm very pleased with this device.
