I had to return this only because it did not have a phone jack, which was required with the service I had purchased.

I decided to ditch paying for the router rental though xfinity. This one is compatible, smaller and works great.

Clunky technology. Claims that it is faster than older wifi router, but I have not noticed any change in speed. Plus the log in to administer sometimes works and sometimes does not.

Would definitely buy again and recommend to family and friends. I have better WIFI service with this modem then I did with the cable company's modem

from my tech savvyy 2 year-old to to my 19 year old gamer and even my think she can handle tech stuff 80 year-old everyone in the home is happy

I bought modem/router to replace a bad modem. The setup is very easy, but my beef is when you call the ,"Netgear ,"support, at the end they try to sell you their security packages. They are obviously from a middle eastern country and even bad mouthed the Webroot security, stating it will ,"make the modem fail again". I don't like this about Netgear. The unit is fine, the company not-so-much.

Perfect new wireless router and cable modem in one. My old units were dropping my wireless connection frequently. Now we have great wireless access at all times!

Upgraded my comcast router to this one. It was like night and day I get 175mb/s download speed and before I could not get it to go over 75 mb . It's well worth it

This product works excellent with multiple wifi and hard line items running simultaneously on TWC. Will have enough speed and reliability for future needs.

We are happy about it, although sometimes while watching some things online, the connection gets lost, I don't know it's because of time Warner services or the Modem

I really feel the quality of the product after I switched from a lower price model. Ofcourse, the more you pay, the better you will get. Good for home.

Purchased the router to use with xfinity cable that I had installed. Step up was easy and it hasn't missed a beat keeping me connected to the internet

I'm so glad I not only researched this product, but the associate was veth knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the difference between the modem routers.

It works very well. We’ve had no problems with it at all, It was recommended to us by the Xfinity representative and by the Best Buy salesperson.

I put off buying a new router/modem because I was afraid I wouldn't understand how to get it connected to Xfinity. I wish I had done it sooner.
