Was OK. Was better than what I had from my local service provider, but wasn't all that. Don't know if being in a different location will bring better service.

The router works well most of the time, however there are 1-2 days every 2-3 months when I have difficulty with the internet. Not sure if it is the router or TWC...

I upgraded my internet service, and needed a new modem. The Best Buy rep. guided us to the proper modem which made our new service work excellently.

I like my combo router and modem; however, didn't realize i had no phone connection with this device.I've always been pleased with Netgear.

This router provide me with blazing fast wired Internet speeds. Speed test showed my wired Internet speed to be many times above the tier that I am paying for. I was able to get the wireless to work only in the room where the device was located. In adjacent rooms I had no wifi signal. In a room downstairs I had intermittent wifi signal - the wifi adapter would connect , be stable for a short time and then disconnect. I bought this to replace a Comcast supplied gateway and it does not do the job - I need a reliable wifi signal in a larger area. If i only relied on a wired connection I would have no problems, but that would be using only half of the functionality promised by this device. I have tried adjusting the settings on multiple desktops and laptops to no avail. I have an app on my phone that shows wifi access points and sometimes it shows the wifi connections to this device and sometimes it doesn't. I find that this device produces an unreliable wireless signal and will be returning it .

I replaced my old router that was a pain in my side, always something wrong with it. Now I have the very best router that your money can buy. LOVE IT!

This modem/router is a great device that have very high extended range in wireless signal! Highly recommended to people who have a large apartment/house!

Hook up easy. Just a few steps with TWC who instantly knew I had a new router. Has worked great and no need for an extender like I needed with the rental!

Replaced bad router with Netgear. This is my second one in use at 2 residences and works well with two different provider companies.

I was looking for a router/modem and on the recommendation of the salwsman I purchased it.So far everything is fine.

Bought this item to replace a system from Comcast. Much better than the one from comcast and pays me back in 16 months. Wifi range is nearly double.

Another great Netgear product. The only negative thing about this model is you can't update the firmware like you could on older models.
