    When I call Comcast they said strong signal on there end contact netgear Customer service. I contacted Netgear CS, they walked me through various checks. Then said send back, but wanted to charge different shipping charges pending which option I choose all had a cost to it! I returned to Best Buy, I had just got it!

    We have had other NETGEAR products and had very good luck. This router/modem works well and it's vertical shape makes it easy to store.
