Netgear Seemed to work fine but service was bad

It seemed to work well but when I tried to call customer support for additional information I called three different times of the day and spent almost five hours on the phone without ever getting someone at customer support to answer the call. I would not buy Netgear again despite having good luck with their products in the past.
