    I read the Amazon reviews on this item and I was convinced to return it, box unopened. Many reviews said this would only work for about six months before "burning up" due to overheating. Best Buy does not have a protection for this, should it happen to a router I purchased from them (confirmed by Best Buy customer service in-store when I returned this item). Since the Best Buy return policy does not extend past the period that this item has been said to "fry out" due to overheating, it was not worth the risk for me...item was about $150 on sale. I will keep looking for another router. However, if Best Buy can provide some insight, or offer a plan/guarantee that would cover a known issue, I would like to know.
