    Customer service offshore; in India. Very hard to understand. Had the manual told me about the reset button, I wouldn't have had to call overseas. Reset did the trick. hopefully no more problems. I'm aware of the Netgear forum site.

    I bought this all in one because I trust netgear to provide great equipment. The problem comes down since this is an all in one, I have no control over the firmware version installed, and it seems that the version TWC requires has serious issues with WiFi. My WiFi would, randomly, drop completely, with no way to connect short of restarting the device. Under properties, you would see both 2.4 and 5 channels being set to 0, with no way to change (even though they are set to use actual, functioning channels). I worked with Netgear and even tried a second device (in case the first was bad), but once it was decided the firmware was the issue, they upgraded me, free of charges, to the next model. That one works great, and I still really like netgear, but if you use TWC or any other companies that require the same firmware, do NOT get this for WiFi capabilities. It will drive you bonkers.

    I bought this hoping to not use Spectrums Router and Modem. After a few hours with their IT, they came to the conclusion that the Netgear was defective, so I returned it and just went with Spectrums gear. Maybe it was an issue on Spectrums side and they blamed it on the Netgear, but I didn't want to get another one and go through the hassle again. This was my experience, other Netgear products I've purchased have worked flawlessly. Just this one time I was let down :(
