Worse than Comcast equipment

Slower speeds by a huge margin, 1.94 MB’s from 100 plus. Paired with our ring cameras we can’t even get a signal with 2 of 3 cameras.

Stressful

That was about 4 hrs of my life I can’t get back. We returned it.

Not Worth It

The 2.4 ghz nor the 5 ghz feeds ever came through. I worked with Netgear for more than an hour before I finally caved and returned this for one of their Nighthawk models.

Disaster

However, no one at Best Buy or Geek Squad knew that it didn't support VOIP. The first time I called Netgear, the tech I talked with not only didn't know that it didn't support VOIP, he told me that he could fix it for a price.

Don't Buy

Of course it's no longer under warranty. Called and they don't even offer an repair/exchange. Very disappointment!

Not compatible!

Before you buy a new modem to replace a modem provided by your internet you may want to get a list of modems that can be used.

Didn't Work

I went to return it but girl said it was past 14 days by like a day or two and she could not do as a return but only a store credit. Really? I now have a $190.00 Best Buy gift card. Not cool Best Buy.

Netgear drops connection

It is not a product I would recommend. In the process of returning it for an exchange now. hope the replacement works better.

Not compatible and will only work for a little then totally kick you out. Bought the smaller version and works like a charm.
