Couldn't activate - Exchanged for better version

Not Compatible with Xfinity Wi-Fi extenders

No more drops

I was having problems with numerous devices I had on my home network, mainly signal going and in out. After installing this router I have had ZERO issues. Great product with awesome connectivity and amazing speeds.

Fios will have its own type of "Modem" you will only need to connect a router. This device should work as just a router if you wanted to use it that way. Say goodbye to your cable company modem
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this modem because the Comcast modem I was using was not compatible with my DIRECTV hole home Genie and another DVR. The DVR's couldn't communicate with each other, so I couldn't see the recorded programs on one DVR while watching the other. Anyway, DIRECTV recommended the Netgear brand so I purchased this one. Setup was a breeze and the performance is great. Both DVR's now communicate with each other and I'm completely happy with the product.
