Reliable for multiple users

This dual-band combo handles all that and 1080p video streaming well without lag. The range is not impressive.

Netgear modem

The previous modem was bought to be used in a 3 story house. We ended up buying a new modem for the 1st floor a few years ago so this new modem was only needed for 2 stories. We found the signal to be a little weaker than needed so we are probably going to purchase an extender.
