    Not bad, but it did crash on us a few times and could not pull the full possibility of our internet. Stable enough to hold us off for a better one though!

    Customer service at Netgear is lousy. I've called 4 times within the past half hour and was disconnected 3 times. Never got any technical help. I can't get the 5-G component to work, even though the teeny, tiny, pale light is on. I'm disgusted and sorry I purchased Netgear. I only bought it because I wanted to upgrade to WiFi and docsis 3. Because of poor customer service, I will never recommend Netgear, and will tell my friends to avoid it, because you are on your own with this product. BTW, their website either cannot be loaded, or doesn't work if you get on it.
