    I had the item for about a week, I though it was my internet provider service connection that was at fault. It turned out that the item was defected, I returned it for a full refund. So I cannot say how the item would have worked for me.

    Do not buy if you are trying to network a huge house or are planning to game or stream a lot. It will drop your signal because the router only supports small apartments and houses

    I purchased this for use with DSL. It is not for DSL applications. The device was returned. I gave it one star because the field forced me to rate the product. I was unable to use the product because it is not made for use with DSL.

    This modem is ok but didn't realize there were only a couple of Ethernet ports and no phone jack. It doesn't seem to work very well just 50 feet from the modem base and has a weak signal.

    For the price I paid its worth it. I got this so I didnt have to rent anymore with comcast. The only downfall on this product is that its sort of slow for what I am paying for speed wise. I wish I got a step up for this modem

    This was a replacement for my old router modem. The price was more than my last one and after I got home it only had 2 Ethernet outlets the old one Had 4 outlets..but the old model is no longer available..
