We had problems with it staying connected to the internet. We have TWC service, we returned it and got a different one.

Product has poor signal strength unless in the same room or room directly above. If possible I would switch it with a more powerful version.

I like the idea of having one thing do it all but, I don’t think it is strong enough for my home. Plan on buying another one.

It is used for school work, working from home, and our fire stick. Usually works pretty well. I've only had to reset it a couple of times.

It's compact and easy to install but the overall range is not great, I get very less signal in my bedroom and the router is in the living room.

I've had this product for just over a month. I've had two IT technicians and have even called NETGEAR support to no avail. Some glitch doesn't allow the router/modem to connect to OpenDNS (which is needed for parental control). After some back and forth (proving I'm not doing something wrong) NETGEAR stated they are working on the problem, that was 3 weeks ago.

Although Netgear has had a critical security breach, I am confident they will bounce back and still continue to offer great products.

The router is decent. My complaint would be the lack of range The router has. Worth buying if you live in a studio or small apartment.

Not even a year and I have to replace it. It's now losing connectivity to the internet daily. I have to unplug, take my internet cable off and reattach it all several times for it to work. Not happy for the price I paid and not even a year old having to replace it.

Works well for day to day tasks. It seems to lack the power to be able to efficiently handle 4k streaming.
