quality reception in a single room. but in a multiunit condo, there is plenty of interference that will demand a more powerful router.

So the router/modem is good and I generally like netgear and ease of setup. However, the problem here is spectrum said they aren't able to update client modems (thinking that was incorrect) and Netgear says the only way to update is through the provider because they are use different firmware updates. I would probably do the modem and router separate in the future.

Works as anticipated. However, tends to feel quite warm with extended use, sometimes resulting in decreases performance.

Either going to have to upgrade or add on. I gave a small house and signal is weak away from the box.

I had high hopes for this wireless router/cable modem. I use it to access my sling acct but constantly having buffering issues.

Router is fine, nothing fancy about it. Data transfer is mildly slow. Cheaper router and you get what you pay for.

Wasn't that great kept losing connection so decided to return it and get the c6300

It does his job, but I already had to power cycle the modem twice and due to no data throughput and problem resolved

I could not use with my network because the ip address for this device is restricted. I returned without using.

wifi signals are weak, modem gets too hot, speed are ok i returned for a different one.

Not sure if the router is the issue or its comcast but one of them keeps messing up.

The product is great, however. Xfinity did not allow me to add this box because they no longer use it.

Decreased download speeds significantly from cable provider and has less signal strength

I bought this router not even two weeks and it keeps losing signal the internet on our devices shows up no internet connection every single day this occurs. There is only 3 devices total connected to the router in my home and its in the center of the house in the living room were theres nothing in the way of it. My old router never ever once disconnected like this router does, and i had my old router for 10 years. I’m trying to contact netgear and not getting any response, im going to file a complaint with the better business bureau on this company

I have only WiFi no cable and I should have great connection but once I leave the room I can’t connect to my Email? I’ve called tech support but still same issue. What should be seconds to open my email takes minutes to open and minutes reply Yuck!

So far it's working great, drops signal at least once a day so far. Only have had for maybe a month.

The router itself is ok. Just make sure Comcast doesn't try to charge you for it
