i brought the wrong item, had to return it , sorry

Kept losing connections even after reboot. Not even a year old. I tested it next to a wireless router Comcast sent me and the speed was drastically lower. Netgear Router: 23 Mbps Comcast Router: 128 Mbps Do yourself a favor and don't buy this.

It works fine but it doesn’t have a good wifi range

Bad experience. This is 2nd router from Netgear for xfinity. First router worked for 3+ years and one fine day it failed to power ON. Purchased this router in 2019 and now even though it’s ON, not connecting to internet. Admin portal is not working and ping to router is failing. Replacing router from different company. Please save your money and good only for 1-2 years. Also cannot block particular sites even though it claims it will do.

i ended up returning this product, due to it not keeping a stable connection and after my internet provider determined it wasn't anything to do with my service. I called netgear and spent 5 hours on the phone with them, not only did they not resolve the equipments connection however they ended up troubleshooting and caused the equipment to not connect at all, when the problem was just getting a stable connection. i was advised to return to the product and get another one. It was during a school night, i didn't meet deadline for my paper due to the inconvenience of netgear, they didn't care and said I should go to a starbucks and use their wifi to complete my paper. I ended up going with a different modem/router and it def wasn't NETGEAR.

Bought this to replace my TWC cable router. Easy to install. WiFi bandwidth was great- when it worked. Constant dropped connections. Returned it, and bought an ARRIS SURFboard instead , which works perfectly.

This was recommended by Comcast representive on the phone, to avoid having to rent one. But, was not for us. We wanted to have a wireless system, so we could change the TV to any room in the house. This will only work with wired systems. Had to return it.

Doesn't work well at all and customer service didn't help.

Good for small rooms . It works better than my previous router

I got better internet connection than AT&T internet service.

it gets the job done but for office at home too slow

I guess this is what happens when you purchase the cheapest available I have a decent 2bed apartment and the router is in the living room but unfortunately the WiFi signal is not covered throughout the house and becomes a nuisance.

I was very disappointed in this product. I've always used Netgear and it was time for an upgrade. It might have worked great but I'll never know because I got a dud. It wouldn't work so I had to return it. Instead of being disappointed again I went with Motorola.

This device is incompatible with Comcast services.

We updated our WiFi provider when we moved to a different state and decided to buy our own modem router. We were hoping for good WiFi service with this combo. Sadly, our service was terrible and extremely spotty even if we were sitting next to the modem/router. Our Firestick kept glitching and we had to disconnect from WiFi the next room over when we were using our phones. We ended up returning it and paying $80 more for something better and it was worth it. This is super low quality for even the smallest of spaces and would not recommend.

Bluetooth easy set up and excellent audio. The hardware audio did not work on day one but i ignored it using the bluetooth instead. On day 7 the USB charger stopped charging the battery and have to return it back to the store ;(
