very very low range--barely reaches 20 feet!

The wifi is not strong enough to reach 20 feet across my 900 sqft house, let alone be usable outdoors in my yard. I haven't even owned it 30 days, and now Best Buy tells me the return period is over. What a waste of money.

Terrible range for a modem

I'm not sure if this was a lemon or just not a good product but I installed it where my old modem was and I kept dropping off the internet from one room over. I took it back and got a refund.

Loses connection constantly

Horrible- do not buy

Spent hours on the phone trying to fix and reset and has to be returned. Worked fine for first 2 months then constantly worked intermittently. Piece of junk.

Does not work with Charter in MA

When my cable was being installed, the installer said that the routers with built in modems will not work with Charter (recent change). Netgear makes good products so I purchased a Netgear router instead

Waste product, not much range
