we were using an old modem and was impressed to find that I got faster internet service with the new modem was worth the money

Setup is very easy. I have 2 computers, a multi-function printer and at least 1 cell phone connected at the same time. I have no drop in data speed. I do like having 1 unit VS a modem and router. There are advantages to both, for me a gateway works best. This unit has excellent security features, you can control access to your network and more. I do recommend downloading the full manual.

I'm SO happy I bought this, after renting one from Time Warner for so many years. MUCH faster and efficient. I LOVE it!

This product is as advertised by the manufacturer. Signal retain the strength and rarely break.

I happened to test 4 different modems before settling down with this modem + router, this one has been the best of the lot. This modem works just fine with my xfinity internet without dropping any speed and the dual band helps manage multiple devices at the same time.

It has the best speed and dual band offering except range...feel the range could have been better to maintain speed levl.

This modem router combo is very easy to set up, price is cheaper compare to use the rental with the provider. The wifi connection is moderate good, but if you use it in different floor sometimes it loses wifi and you need to re-connect it.

Easy to install. Was extremely compatible with my computer. Much better than paying the rental fee from the cable company.

This replaced my reviews router and also modem. Now I don't need to rent one from my Internet provider. It performs well.

great modem and router combo. very easy to set up and the wifi range is absolutely fantastic

The system setup was simple and easy. It is fairly small so not an eyesore to my wife. Seemed in the beginning to sometimes take a bit longer for devices to connect to the 5G circuit but looks to have settled down after multiple connections.

This was a great find and easy set-up. I now have no monthly fees for Comcast rental modems!!

It is an excelent device. We've had it for two months now and we have never experienced any issue with it. Easy to install.

After purchasing an Arris wifi modem and spending a couple of hours on the phone trying to activate it, I was told by the geniuses at Comcast, that it was not compatible or the modem was defective. Now I know Arris makes a good product but I returned thinking just maybe it was a defect. While walking around and looking at other models, I saw the Netgear and the phrase "activate yourself, no need to call your ISP" so, I bought it. It took ten minutes to activate and get it up and running. It's super fast. I'm now getting every bit of the speed I'm paying for. I couldn't be happier.

This is a good combo modem/router. It saves on modem rental fees, no too mention you would still need a wireless router. Theres really only 2 negatives I've found so far, there is only 2 router ports for hard wiring items. And the signal gets pretty weak if the router isn't sitting out completely in the open. It's only been roughly 2 weeks in operation, an so far worth the low price.

Set up was easy, just would like to have know I had to contact my cable company to install too.

Purchased for my sophomore college daughter and sent it to her. It was easy for her to set up and says it works great.
