My cable provider had some issues with activating the modem/router but the problem was at their end. The unit is working well and I am glad I purchased it.

Decent Modem, Bad Range
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Since day one of using this modem i noticed the range was very bad in a small 1 bedroom apartment. Once close to the modem the speeds are okay but if you start moving away from it 15 feet it lacks power.
