I needed a new cable modem since I switched my internet service from my phone company to my cable company. At the same time I decided to upgrade my old wireless router. I thought having an all in one would save me money...which it did. This is an good option if you have no obstructions. If you have walls or upstairs/downstairs, then wireless signal may lose some strength. I have not yet dropped my connection, but signal could be stronger. In the next room about 20 to 25 feet away with one house wall in between, signal drops from full strength to maybe half. It's okay for the price.

the Wi-Fi modem dual is great.personel were great in store.i have bought my 75 sony tv and pioneer receiver i robot 960 and new azuse lap top and many more things.im happy with all of it.i will shot your store again

A great modem and works really well a a router plus no monthly fee from my cable company.

I switched from satellite to cable internet service, and do not believe leasing a modern is cost effective. This modern was suggested by my internet provider. It works perfectly, also easy to install and came with a Best Buy gift card.

It allows good wireless support for all my computers and mobile devices. However, I was led to believe I could connect a wired printer to the modem and thereby making it wireless. It is not able to do this.

TWC is increasing its equipment rental fee so purchased this unit to save me on my cable bill and it's mine. Had little problem connecting via internet with TWC....working great!

had internet installed in my house and didn't want to pay the monthly rental fee.bought this at best buy and im very pleased with it no problems at all except trouble at the cable companies end with bad connection.

Setup is very easy and works well with Spectrum internet. Have had no issues with it and maintains good speeds.

Super Fast wifi router. I purchased this product for my daughters new apartment. It is the perfect size and one of the best and fastest connections.

I needed to get this for my connection to new tablet bought earlier this year. Talked with salesperson whom was extremely knowledgeable about the items and helped me purchase item best suited my needs. Directions were easy to follow.

I had Time Warner's modem and another wifi router previously. This combination will pay for itself in a little over a year by not renting it from Time Warner Cable. I highly recommend this alternative.

Normally we go for a branded and high cost modem or the one that is provided by the service provider. But after buying this, I realized this is a better product then any high priced and service provider supplied modem/router. It has sleek design. Has good range. Have been getting a good download speed. We have at least 6 devices connected to the internet at any time. None of them have had a problem with download speeds till date. I would highly recommend this product as against renting one from the internet service provider.

This router/modem made the install process so easy! It’s worked like a charm ever since! Fast and efficient.

Despite being marked as TimeWarner compatible, the TimeWarner techs seem to always jump at the opportunity to blame outside equipment for any trouble -- in this case, a mistyped MAC address by the tech.

Bought this when for two consecutive weekends the Comcast provided Technicolor router/modem quit giving us internet access when I desperately needed it. This Netgear Unit was suggested by Best Buy salesperson when I described our needs.

Replaced a five year old router and the speed and the range of the netgear is much better.A very good product.

No problems with this device, simply called the provider, plugged it in, they detected it, and it was working. No problems with my 50mbps connection so far. What I like the best is that the led indicator lights are not bothersome.

Easy set up. Great product for the money. Only 'con' was it should have come with a glossary to define the icons on the face of the modem router.

I use this with Comcast. Easy set up. Good range. I didn't want to rent a modem from them.
