I purchased this for my Mom, who was looking to save money on her cable bill. Setup was easy with the assistance of her Cable Company (which you will need to contact for proper installation). Now she has fast reliable internet without having to pay extra money for the Cable Company's router and modem.

This router modem has been very dependable and has worked quite well so far. I hope to be satisfied for a long time . I think that the range should be greater be sides that I have no complaints

I purchased this cable modem router from Best Buy as a replacement for an old router that was in the house I recently bought. I signed up with Cox Communications to provide an internet service at my new home, when the technician arrived he told me the old router that was in the house was pretty much shot, he couldn't connect with it. So off to Best Buy I went and after looking at all of them, I decided on the NetGear N600 Router. When I handed it to him, the Cox technician told me "thats a good one". He installed it and I've had nothing but good things to say about it ever since. It can handle several laptops at once, in addition to a couple of phones. So pleased with my purchase, I highly recommend it !!

Dual modem routers save space and is easy to set up. Love the 5.0 and 2.4 feature! Same price as renting a modem router from Comcast

Very easy to set up. So far has worked great. Much better than the separate router and wi-fi router I had.

The previous wifi box dropped me sometimes twice in a day and most times a couple of times a week. With this box I have not had any drops since installation which was about a month and a half ago. Less frustration to deal with.

Purchases this unit to save on monthly cable rental fees. Was easy to set up and works well. Using with Comcast/Xfinity Internet.

I can't seem to figure out why the coverage signal seems weak towards the back of my apt. It may be due the apt. Set up but the box did say for large homes and I have a small apt... Still trying

Install took a ridicules amount of time as the devices could not see the router. needed to change the security protocols on the router to WEP and the slowest connection speed. now it works fine.

It's a good unit, but not as fast as expected. Occasionally the connection drops and we have to reconnect. I didn't expect that with this brand, which was highly recommended by the salesperson.

I had to buy this modem/router and trust me I made the best decision!! price is decent and it works awesome!

I love this modem as well the long range it has! I recommend this if your looking for something that has range and that is fast.

Works well and the wifi has good range. My only complaint is the unit does not stand up very well and leans back due to the cables in the back.

Works well, but if you have streaming content or even do Facebook gaming this product is insufficient. Life's too short. Upgrade to a Motorola SURFboard SBG782-AC Wireless Cable Modem Gateway.
