Modem is great!

Easyvto set up and Comcast accepted our returned Modem no problems. We just said we were now using a third party modem. Saving us money within the first couple months!

Easy to install, works as promised

My only regret is paying the cable company $10 a month for a lesser unit for the last 3 years. I have to locate this modem in the basement with the cable point of entry. So, I did have to use an ethernet port to connect to a patch panel for a wired connection to the house's second floor (2 floors away). I used an older router upstairs connected to the other end. Works great.

Works perfectly

I have not had any issues playing online games. Highly recommend for anyone. It is placed in the 2nd floor and it reaches out front and out back of my house without an extender.

Quick easy setup

The only drawback I found to this equipment is the distance I can go with using my laptop or my cell phones; The walls in my apartment seem to interfere with the signal or make the signal week... However, it is a reliable router and I have had no problems thus far.

That piece of info would’ve been nice to have so I didn’t have to make an additional trip to the store when ready for the activation of my internet service upon arrival at my new apartment.
