Great for the price

I use this for wifi works great .

Good Mid-range Product

Not bad for the price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We were replacing another NetGear modem and router with this NetGear combination in hopes of increasing our WiFi range as our system is set up in the basement due to how the house was built, and our 2nd floor signal strength was limited. With this item, we unfortunately have not seen much improvement in that signal reach.

Worth the price

A small complaint is that the 2.4GHz band sometimes cuts out (while the 5GHz band works fine) and I have to restart the router. Some of my devices are older ones which can only connect to the 2.4GHz band. All in all though, I'm happy with the purchase.

Cable Modem, probably the best

Stop paying every month to rent a modem from your cable provider. Yeah this cost a little but over time it will save you money. Stick it to the cable company and get you one of these, you'll be the coolest guy/gal in your neighborhood.
