    I have purchased many routers, and I always find NetGear to be an easy product to install and use for the novice technical customer. It has intuitive setup instructions and always works on the first try. I always recommend for my family members who are not always the most tech savvy.

    I currently use this router/modem with TWC and internet connection is fast for both wifi and wired connection. The only problem I've been having is when the wifi connection loses connection sometimes which forces me to restart the modem. Other than that it's a great modem to have.
