Good and easy to install

The customer representative helped me to set up activation, even i was not home to install it. after i got home and hook it up, it worked right away.

Slow connection

For the past couple months, I have to perform a reset daily. Yes, daily. I even called my local internet provider and had them test my connection; no problem there. Weak Wi-Fi signal when you can't get a connection in a 1200 sq. ft. house...spend the money on a separate modem/router.
