Good tech support

It was easy to install and when we called tech support to discuss a problem with the internet they stayed on the phone with me to see if they could fix the problem. As it turned out the problem was the provider not the modem.

Not as great as I hoped

I have found this to be true. Besides the strength being weak I constantly have issues with it. It works overall, but would not recommend for a 2 story or any house size over 1000 sq ft.

for basic internet it works

Upgrade

Save $10 a month on their rental fee and speeds increased as soon as I installed it. Also switched my phone to VOIP Ooma telephone system that Best Buy recommended. My landline bill is now $5 a month!

Great modem

I plugged it in set up was a breeze and loved it. Unfortunately I had to return because I needed to switch cable companies due to an issue on their end and my service being unavailable.
