Was able to get WiFi that my phone said was non existent. I was 100 ft away and my netgear pulled it in so I could use it.

We added a shed to become a man cave to our property and needed the extender to reach the TV in the man cave. It had to receive signal in my house with metal siding, through the walls of my garage (where it is placed) and through the wall of the man cave. Works great!

Works great, pushed the wifi into the garage where we had no signal before.

If you want to extend a network, this is a great simple product that is easy to set up. This has a strong signal that penetrates through cement walls fairly decent.

Easy to install. The size of this device is not too intrusive. Not too expensive.

So far its working fine. Easy to setup and add to the network.

Works good most of the time. Had to reset it a couple of times but overall a good product.

This product works well.Just decided to change service so wasnt needed.

It's OK, I can't tell that it actually helps though, and often the TV has a hard time connecting to it. Would not buy this again.

Much better signal than my last wifi extender (not Netgear). The Netgear extender gives me a strong and reliable signal

I recently bought this it does help with the range i love it now i can go to the back yard where it disnt used to reach hut now incan happily go further places

Excellent product that is fairly easy to install with the app. Little confusing at first. It does not have a separate wifi address, which is great! It simple boosts your wifi signal! Now that side of the house is good to go!

Great product for the price, and it does the job. Not as great as a direct connection, but this is the next best thing for the price.

The Netgear Wi-Fi Mesh was easy to install and made a good increase in the signal to the upstairs. Would recommend to help boost a weak signal.

Didn't seem to make much difference in signal strength/range.

To me, the EAX15 AX1800 more than met my expectations. This particular product from NETGEAR is working really well with the Spectrum router that I have and is not showing any sign of incompatibility with the router. Not to mention, the wifi extender reconnected with the router without any problem after there was a quick power outage a while back. There's a bit of challenge with setting up the wifi extender, but that still doesn't change that the wifi extender from NETGEAR is more than worth getting.

I was a bit skeptical of trying this, but now that it’s been installed for about a month, I am really pleased with its’ performance. Originally we had 2 routers and 2 networks, but with this extender I’ve been able to eliminate 1 of the routers and 1 network with no performance loss.

Not as simple as Plug and Play like the Netgear website leads you to believe. If you don't have NightHawk app on your phone, buy something else. For me, I used the App to set this unit up to my Netgear router. Even though there was a happy smiley You're All Set! icon this was not the case. I had to do a factory reset to get the unit to behave. One thing that trips folks up: the unit is a Mesh extender and thus mimics your original network name. Other Netgear units are not mesh extenders and thus many are expecting to see NET_5GEXT Recommend a BUY.
