The main caveat is that you cannot reboot it remotely. A wireless extender should be your last option for extending your network. If this is where you ended up, the AX15 is a solid choice. I ended up switching to a mesh router, so stopped using it.

It WORKS!

This product does what it says. I put it in an out at the top of the stairs and now I have WIFI where my signal couldn’t reach!

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this about two weeks ago to extend my wifi signal to my backyard from my brand new CAX80 and let me tell you, these two devices are a match made in heaven! It's nice to sit at the edge of my property in the backyard and hit 300mbps on 5GHz wifi. The modem is about 50ish feet and a floor away from the AP and in my yard, I am about 100 feet from the AP.

I have a brand new home, very well insulated, at times, internet struggles to travel throughout my home depending on how far away I am from my router. Nexgear helps distribute my internet to other areas of my home that are a distance from my router.
