They have an app to help manage connected devices and what not but it’s not necessary to set it up.

I have a brand new home, very well insulated, at times, internet struggles to travel throughout my home depending on how far away I am from my router. Nexgear helps distribute my internet to other areas of my home that are a distance from my router.

This is the plugin wifi extender you'll want

It's nice to sit at the edge of my property in the backyard and hit 300mbps on 5GHz wifi. The modem is about 50ish feet and a floor away from the AP and in my yard, I am about 100 feet from the AP.

Found it at Best Buy, and it was delivered to the car an hour later. Installed with no problems. Great service and product.
