Great WiFi extender

I took it out of the box and followed the directions to connect it. I made several attempts using the app to get it connected. I did telephone systems in the military and telephone/internet with AT&T. I finally called Netgear for assistance and was told to do a step that was not in the directions. Also, it seemed the agent didn't like her job and I could hear other agents better than I could her. Once it was connected it is helping with the WiFi signal.
