    Installed new plank flooring with a tin foil lined underlayment. My router is in the basement on top of my desk bookshelf, and always had very strong, fast signals throughout the house and yard, until the new flooring limited the range upstairs. Installed the new AX1800 in an outlet directly above my router, and now back to strong, fast signal throughout the house and yard as before the new flooring

    I’m sure this does what it’s supposed to do, but connecting to router was what threw me off, still got there but a lil’ longer process than I thought Definitely could’ve been my side with the issue, but I’ve worked with easier set ups before

    This is a pretty decent wifi extender. I am overall impressed. However, Sometimes wifi range extenders are finicky in general no matter what brand they are. But this one seems a *little* bit more user friendly than other ones I have owned in the past.
