Got a dud

Maybe a bad unit?

Device doesn't work, customer service is bad

My router did not have a WPS button and they told me I would have to upgrade the extender with additional software so it would work and they wanted to charge me $99.99 for the software. Definitely returning the device.

Waste of money

It does not work I. The least have tried several different outlets and reset multiple times to try and get better connection. Can’t return this because I co tact Covid after a week of messing with this and passed the return date. Bummer.

Don’t do it.

Horrible

Impossible to set up

good luck with hook up

I spent a lot of time on the phone with net gear techs and they could figure it out. they told me to bring it back. I did and no luck with a new one. I ended up just getting a pod from comcast. problem solved and it was the same price
