Decent extender

If you do not care whether you get a 2.5 GHz or 5 GHz, this should do the job in improving your signal around your home. Otherwise, I would prefer a more expensive with broader coverage.

Good extender for home

My house is spread out on one floor with a lot of linear footage so the wireless access was a bit weak at one end. This fixed my problem.

This ethernet is for hard wiring a device like a game console or laptop. I purchased a second router to do what old extenders used to allow.

difficult to set up with existing wifi & connect

It was difficult to navigate the initial setup process and, once figuring out the setup, we were still not able to connect devices. The range extender shows a good signal and uses the same password as our original router but then says unable to connect when trying connect our computers or cell phones. I have tried to fix this multiple times and it has been very frustrating
